Maryland Community Development Administration (CDA)

Ferris, Baker Watts is the longest continuously-serving underwriter to the Maryland Community Development Administration (CDA). Since its first appointment to serve as a co-managing underwriter to CDA in the 1960s, Ferris, Baker Watts has continued to support CDA's single and multi-family bonds through multiple changes in administration, volatile interest rate cycles and challenging portfolio credit issues. FBW has served as one of four rotating senior managers to the CDA since 1996. In total, FBW has underwritten more than $7.6 billion in CDA single and multi-family bonds.
