Ferris, Baker Watts served as senior managing underwriter on the $12.655 million, Lehigh County, PA General Purpose Authority, First Mortgage Revenue Bonds, Bible Fellowship Church Homes, Inc. Project. FBW was selected as senior manager for this transaction after another large regional underwriter had failed to place the Bonds. FBW committed to sell the Bonds to both institutional and retail investors; approximately 23% of the issue was sold to retail investors and 77% to institutional investors and were oversubscribed, resulting in a downward adjustment of yield.
