Ferris, Baker Watts served as sole manager on the issuance of $10.625 million General Obligation Refunding Custody Receipts. Bond proceeds were used to refund 10 outstanding general obligation bonds of four water and sewer districts in Harnett County. This issue was insured by AMBAC with no underlying rating.
